Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Custom jewelry is made to order and has a turnaround of 4-6 weeks. Each item gives an estimated delivery date so customers are aware of when to expect their order. Please note the estimated delivery date is a range and customers will receive their order anywhere in between the two dates given. Please wait for the allotted time given before contacting customer service.


Non Custom jewelry will ship out within 1-3 business days and shipping transit time is 5-10 business days.

Q: Is the jewelry real gold?

A: Most of our jewelry is plated with real gold with stainless steel, copper, or alloy as the base metal. It is not 100% solid gold but a great alternative that is affordable, high in luster, shine, and quality, and will last a very long time.



Q: Does the jewelry tarnish?

A: Our jewelry is tarnish resistant meaning the material we use is resistant to corrosion and won’t fade easily. Please keep in mind that many metals will fade but can be avoided to prolong the lifespan of the jewelry. Everyone’s body constitution is different and the degree of fading is also different. All of the metal we use in our jewelry is high-quality and hypoallergenic, which means it’s safe for sensitive skin. 

Most customers are able to shower and get in water with their jewelry. But again please be mindful that everyone’s body constitution is different so the degree of fading can be different. It’s best to take care of your jewelry by avoiding too much water, sweat, and chemicals. And to store jewelry in a dry and safe place away from other metals.

SILVER: Tarnished silver can be caused by a number of chemicals such as sulfur, moisture, chlorine, and your own skin’s acidity level. It is very easy to manage and remove tarnish from silver. Clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth which we include in every order. Also wear it regularly. The natural oils on your skin can actually help keep your jewelry clean and maintain its brilliance.

GOLD: Gold above 14 karat should not tarnish. For gold plated jewelry, we plate 18k-24k gold over stainless steel, copper, or alloy to ensure gold won’t rub off over time so you’re able to wear it for years. 


How to store jewelry so it doesn’t tarnish?

  • Keep your jewelry dry. Try not to store it in humid places, like the bathroom. 
  • Separate your jewelry by metal and type. Try a stackable jewelry organizer or something like drawer compartments to keep your pieces organized and separate. Make sure to keep costume jewelry separate from semi-fine and fine jewelry to prevent tarnish. 
  • If you keep your jewelry out in the open, store it in a place with a consistent temperature. Designate a special place for your go-to pieces so that they are easy to see and grab in a hurry!
  • Store delicate jewelry in a dark and dry location.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

***Please note returns on custom items are eligible for a refund of 50% of the order value.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

How to Return:

1. Information required for Return:

* Item returning
* Quantity 
* Reason for Return/Exchange

2. E-mail the above information to INFO@QUEENDOMTREASUREZ.COM for your Return

3. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Upon receiving your Returned item(s), you will be contacted via E-mail for final confirmation.

Refunds

For custom items you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid for the item minus the shipping costs on your original payment method. And for non custom items you will be refunded the amount paid minus the shipping costs on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Terms & Conditions

I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

  1. I have read the return & shipping policy pages.
  2. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 4-8 weeks (only counting business days) OR MORE to receive my order.
  3. I understand that my PRE ORDER items will ship according to the pre-order shipping time frame given for that item.
  4. I confirm that I have typed the correct spelling for my custom name jewelry.
  5. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color, style, font, and quantity.
  6. I understand if I want to make a change to my order 24 hours after my order has been placed and is in production I will have to pay a $15 order change fee.
  7. I understand that changes cannot be made to my order after 48 hours of placing my order. 
  8. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a delay in my shipping/receiving.
  9. I understand that cancelling my order after 24 hours of placing the order will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of my order value.
  10. I understand that my order cannot be cancelled after 3 days of placing my order.
  11. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
  12. I understand if there's a return to sender due to wrong/invalid address I must pay a shipping fee in order to get it sent to the correct address.
  13. I understand if there's a return to sender due to wrong/invalid address and I opt to not pay the re-shipment fee I am only eligible for a refund of 50% of the order value. 
  14. I understand that due to COVID-19 that I may or may not have to sign for my package under the discretion of the package handler.
  15. I understand that Queendom Treasurez is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS. 
  16. I understand that the jewelry I order is tarnish resistant meaning the material used is resistant to corrosion and won’t fade easily. I understand everyone’s body constitution is different so the degree of fading can be different. I understand that I will not be refunded in the event my jewelry begins to fade. 
  17. I understand if I received my items damaged or broken I have 5 days to report it in order to receive a replacement. After day 5 Queendom Treasurez is not responsible for broken items.

For custom orders please allow 15-30 business days processing time and 7-10 business days for shipping time

All items are shipped via USPS or FED EX. Once items are shipped you will receive shipping notification via email or text.

**Please note orders containing multiple items (custom and non custom items) may come in separate packages.
